CONTRACTS

Kinney & Larson routinely negotiates contracts related to benefits.  This includes contracts for third party administrators of group health plans and related vendors, pharmaceutical benefits management agreements, and tax advantaged accounts like HRAs, HSAs, and FSAs.  Representative RFPs for Mark include a $2 billion group health plan administration contract for a statewide cooperative of school districts, and a $300 million PBM contract for a large national corporation.  Phil has spent his career selecting, negotiating with, and supervising hundreds of employee benefit vendors at a national scale for contracts involving hundreds of thousands of participants.
